JSON REST endpoints cover contacts, conversations, messages, tags and flow triggers. Workspace-specific base URLs are shared during onboarding.

Requests are authenticated with workspace API keys sent as a bearer token. Keep keys server-side and rotate them if exposed.

Subscribe to events such as new messages, contact updates and flow completions. Verify each delivery's signature before processing it.

• CRM — push leads and conversation notes to your CRM via REST
• Zapier — trigger zaps from webhooks to reach thousands of apps

Official WhatsApp connections use Meta's Cloud API via Embedded Signup. Template approval, messaging limits and policy compliance are governed by Meta. QR connections are a separate, non-official mode.
