1. Lawful business communications

Use AgentBhau AI only for lawful business purposes with appropriate authority and recipient consent. Comply with applicable privacy, marketing, telecom, consumer protection, intellectual property, and platform requirements. This policy applies to business users, team members, integrations, and automations configured in a workspace.

2. Consent and platform compliance

Do not send spam, use harvested contact lists without lawful permission, evade opt-outs, impersonate another person or business, or attempt to bypass platform messaging restrictions. Honor withdrawal of consent and keep appropriate consent records.

Follow Meta and other channel rules on messaging windows, templates, commerce, and prohibited content. Number Warming is not permission to send unsolicited messages. QR connections do not have the same status as the official Meta Cloud API.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not distribute malware, fraudulent offers, phishing messages, unlawful threats, exploitative content, or material that infringes others' rights. Do not promote unlawful goods or use automation for deceptive or abusive behavior.

Do not upload information you are not authorized to process. Do not use AI to impersonate people deceptively, facilitate wrongdoing, or make sensitive decisions without appropriate safeguards and human review.

4. Calls, recordings, and AI oversight

Obtain the permission and provide the disclosures required for outbound calls and recordings. Respect account eligibility and regional availability. Do not use autonomous calling to harass recipients or circumvent a refusal of contact.

Test automations, monitor AI responses, and provide a suitable human escalation path. The business operating the workspace remains responsible for what it sends and for downstream actions performed by connected systems.

5. Security and fair use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, steal credentials, interfere with another customer's data, or disrupt service availability. Do not bypass access controls, agreed rate limits, capacity limits, or billing mechanisms. Keep credentials confidential and grant team access only as needed.

Report vulnerabilities responsibly to [email protected]. Do not access or disclose data belonging to others as part of a security report.

6. Reports and enforcement

Report suspected misuse to [email protected] with relevant details, without including unnecessary personal information. We may investigate reports and act under the applicable agreement, platform requirements, or law, including restricting affected access when necessary.

Enforcement, notice, review, and suspension procedures are governed by the final service agreement and applicable law. Contact [email protected] to escalate a concern about a decision.
